Our small Guesthouse is for private retreats where men and women can come and stay for solitude, prayer and reflection. Guest may use their time for silence and Lectico Divina but we also invite them to share with the monks in our monastic horarium praying the Divine Offices and celebrating the Holy Eucharist.
Our current Guesthouse facilities consist of two moble units that contain four double rooms each. Each unit has a shared kitchen, dining and common area, in addition each unit has a washer and dryer available for guest use. At this time we do not offer meals to guest.
We believe that the best way we can give hospitality is to offer our guests a chance to share in our Benedictine way of life. The key elements of this life are charity, prayer, and spiritual reading. The atmosphere most conducive to this kind of sharing includes silence and solitude.
We do not provide directed retreats, nor regular spiritual direction.
